1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gainvest (“the Platform”) at gainvest.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any security PIN or 2FA devices.
• Each person may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referrals are prohibited.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gainvest.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, appear fraudulent, or present security or compliance risk.

4. Free predictions (Earn for Free)

Gainvest may offer a free price-prediction feature. Members can call market direction (for example Up or Down) over a published window (currently about 24 hours) without making a deposit.

• Instant and settlement rewards, if any, are those shown in your account at the time you place a prediction and are typically credited to your earnings balance.
• The feature is promotional and may be modified, limited, paused, or discontinued at any time.
• Abuse (bots, automation, multi-accounting, manipulation) may result in reward reversal, account limits, or termination.
• Prediction rewards do not guarantee investment returns and are separate from activated investment plans.

5. Investment plans

Gainvest offers AI-assisted cryptocurrency investment plans. The current primary plan features approximately 3.1% daily returns over 50 days, totaling 155%, subject to the plan terms shown at activation.

• Plan rates, duration, and limits are those published on the Platform at the time you activate an investment.
• Investments are typically funded from your purchase balance (deposits). Daily returns typically credit your earnings balance.
• Daily earnings may be withdrawable or reinvestable according to product rules then in effect.
• Past or displayed trading activity does not guarantee future results.

6. Referral program

Members may earn multi-level referral commissions on qualifying referred investments: 10% (direct), 5% (level 2), and 3% (level 3), unless otherwise stated in your account.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, and spam solicitation are prohibited. We may withhold or reverse commissions tied to abuse.

7. Deposits & withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are processed in supported cryptocurrencies and networks shown in your account (for example BTC, ETH, USDT, and other listed coins). Availability may change.
• You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct address and network. Incorrect transfers may be irreversible.
• Withdrawals are generally made from your available earnings balance. Purchase balance is intended for investing unless otherwise stated.
• You do not need a deposit or referral activity solely to withdraw funds already available in your earnings balance, subject to security checks and Platform rules.
• Withdrawal requests may require identity or security checks and can be delayed or declined if risk, fraud, or policy issues are detected.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and fees (if any) are disclosed in your account at request time.

8. Risks & no financial advice

Cryptocurrency, investment products, and promotional earning features (including free predictions) involve risk, including possible loss of capital for funded investments. Gainvest does not provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. You should evaluate whether participation is appropriate for your situation.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes a guarantee of profit. Displayed statistics, calculators, prediction outcomes, and trade history are informational and may include illustrative or verified administrative records as described on the site.

9. Prohibited use

• Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity
• Attempting to hack, scrape, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Misrepresenting identity or manipulating referrals, balances, predictions, or payouts
• Using bots or automation to abuse free predictions or other promotions
• Using the Platform if you are prohibited by applicable law

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gainvest and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from blockchain network failures, third-party payment processors, market price movement affecting predictions or investments, unauthorized access due to compromised credentials, or force majeure events.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

11. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, prediction rewards, or rates. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating this page and the “Last updated” date.
